Zuoz is considered one of the best preserved Engadine villages: Stone-paved streets, narrow alleys and a traditional village square with fountains. In the middle of it all there is an Engadine house from 1565 – the Hotel Klarer where tradition meets cosiness.

The national park has gone into hibernation. It is therefore closed to people in order to respect the tranquillity of the animals and nature. Depending on the snow conditions, the beauty of the park can be admired again from May / June.
