Zuoz is considered one of the best preserved Engadine villages: Stone-paved streets, narrow alleys and a traditional village square with fountains. In the middle of it all there is an Engadine house from 1565 – the Hotel Klarer where tradition meets cosiness.

In order not to disturb the winter dormancy in the National Park, it is closed to visitors. This allows the animals to retreat. From May, the National Park can be explored again on various impressive hiking trails.
